Jerome Touze


Jerome Touze is the Co-founder & Co-CEO of WAYN.com (Where Are You Now?) With over 15.2 million members worldwide, WAYN.com is the largest travelling social community online with members in 193 countries.
Jerome has been deeply involved in the latest Web 2.0 technologies and gained invaluable insights into the various means online businesses are emphasizing on their brand awareness and developing a strong user base by using the so called “Self Generated Content Strategies”. Jerome was also an “Enterprising Young Brits” Finalist as Business Entrepreneur of the Year; a “Young Gun”, class of 2007 according to Growing Business Magazine and Commended for Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 at the UK Technology Innovation and Growth Awards. More recently Jerome was a finalist at the Ernst & Young London Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
He also sits on the board of Aroxo.com, an upcoming online trading platform based in the UK and India and is an investor and advisor in a new start-up company called NSYGHT.com, a real time social search engine.
Prior to founding WAYN.com, Jerome was a Consultant in Telecommunications and High Tech at Accenture, working primarily on CRM solutions for major accounts such as British Telecommunications and Microsoft.
He holds a BA Hons in European Management from the CESEM Business School in France and a BA Hons in Business & Finance from the University of Westminster, London.  He loves travelling, Rugby and has a passion for Classical music.

David Bozworth


Dr. David Bozward is a professional consultant with over 15 years experience at the forefront of mobile and internet technologies. He holds a PhD in third generation (3G) mobile technology from Aston University in the UK.
During the last 15 years he has developed numerous mobile and internet based services which have been successful launched by mobile operators throughout the world, generating a profit for all parts of the business chain.
He is currently developing services within the Mobile, Internet and Leisure industries. David is open to opportunities which expand his portfolio of developed services through involvement as a project manager.

 

Richard Reed


Richard Reed is the co-founder of Innocent, the No.1 smoothie brand in Europe. The business was started in May 1999 by Richard and two friends and has grown in less than 10 years to a turnover of over £100m.  Innocent now has over 70% market share in the UK and sells in 14 different countries across Europe, with its products available in every major chain, from Sainsbury’s to Boots to Starbucks. 
As well as leading Innocent, Richard is a non-executive Director on the Department of Energy and Climate Change and sits on the Development Board of Oxfam.  Richard is also a government advisor on entrepreneurship and has sat on the Small Business Council.  Richard and Innocent’s awards include winning Britain’s Greatest Business at the televised Great Britons Awards; E&Y Young Entrepreneur of the Year; Most Admired Business Leader by Marketing magazine; National Business Awards’ Small/Medium Business of the Year, and Orange Innovative Company of the Year.

Emma Wimhurst

Jay Bregman


Jay is the Founder & CTO of eCourier.co.uk, the online courier company with the purple vans. Jay turned a personal frustration with same day couriers into a £6m business in four years, recently ranked 53 on the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 and 6 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 league tables of the fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies in the country. In 2007, eCourier was chosen as London’s Most Inspirational Business by the Evening Standard. Prior to starting eCourier, Jay worked at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School. Jay holds an MSc in Media and Communications Regulation & Policy from the LSE and a BA with honours from Dartmouth College in Philosophy. In 2009 Jay was named an ‘Enterprising Young Brit’ by Make Your Mark, despite hailing from New York City.

Ed Heaver


After joining Allied Breweries on a graduate training scheme Ed went on to work in the E. End and W. End managing various areas of pubs. He then left and joined a company called Wizard Inns via a Pool/Snooker outfit called Waterfall Holdings. Wizard Inns was a start up funded by Guy Hands and Terra Firma and over a period of 7 years grew to an estate of 65 pubs through acquisition of new and existing sites. It was eventually sold to Marston’s for £90 million. From here Ed set up a commercial consultancy called Coolerking Resources, whilst working briefly for Laurel Pub Co as Commercial Director. Also during this period he met Charlie Mowat and got involved with his company, the Cleanspace Partnership, whilst shortly afterwards set up Serve Legal with a third partner.
Cleanspace and Serve Legal now turnover close to £4million and are growing fast with further plans for expansion in 2010
Ed graduated from Liverpool University with a 2:1 in Geography whilst he has a Masters In Retail Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. He is married to Sarah and have 3 boys 9, 7 and 4

Martin Kelly


Martin Kelly is a partner of the Venture Capital Group (EMEA) at IBM. Previously, he was also on the Executive Council at the Irish Software Association, Client Manager in the Healthcare & Public Sector at IBM, Principal Consultant at IBM and PWC. Martin has an MBA from University College Dublin and BSc in Information Systems from Trinity College, Dublin. In his free time, he enjoys 60s and 70s soul music, skiing, and TED talks.
